Most teams are practicing within a week of kickoff.
What is RepLab?
A roleplay partner for sales and service reps. Reps talk out loud to an AI customer built from your material and get a score and notes the moment the call ends.
How does it work?
Pick a ready-made scenario or build one, set the customer and the scorecard, and assign it. Reps practice in a browser whenever they have ten minutes. Managers see the scores.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are practicing within a week of kickoff.
Do we need to write scenarios ourselves?
No. We draft them from your material and you adjust them.
How long does it take to build a scenario?
Most teams build their first custom customer in under ten minutes. Upload a script or describe the customer and RepLab drafts the persona, objections and scoring for you to adjust.
How does it fit our existing training?
Most teams put it inside onboarding, certification before go-live and weekly coaching. Your trainers keep running the program. RepLab gives every rep more practice between sessions.
Does RepLab work for service teams, or only sales?
Both. Sales reps, customer service and retention agents, field technicians and regulated teams all practice on RepLab, with readiness tracked by rep, team and location.
Does RepLab work with our CRM and dialer?
RepLab connects to the same tools as SalesAsk, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Aircall, JustCall, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.

Yes. Upload your company scorecard and weights, and every session is scored against your criteria rather than a generic rubric.
Do we need engineering help to build scenarios?
No. Managers and enablement teams build scenarios and personas themselves, or start from 40+ ready-made scenarios.
Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish and French today.
How do reps sign in?
With SSO. Reps practice in a browser on desktop or mobile.
Who can see a rep's roleplay recordings?
The rep who made the recording and their manager. That's it.
Can we score real customer conversations too?
Yes, with SalesAsk. It scores real conversations against the same playbook and can be added to any plan. Both connect to Salesforce, HubSpot, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and Jobber.

Why don't you list prices?
Teams use RepLab in very different ways, from one contact center to rollouts across many locations. A short demo lets us price your rollout accurately instead of guessing.
Is there a free trial?
You can run a free roleplay with an AI customer in minutes. For teams, we set up a pilot around your scenarios and scorecard.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, 10 rep seats. Most teams start with one group and add seats as they roll out.
Do managers need their own licenses?
Managers and admins who review results are included. Licenses are based on the reps who practice.

Will you sign a DPA?
Yes. RepLab is GDPR compliant and we send a data processing agreement on request.
Are our conversations used to train AI models?
No. Customer conversations are never used to train external AI models.
Where is our data hosted?
RepLab runs on Amazon Web Services. Request hosting details from the security page.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes. Your team signs in with SSO, and MFA is enforced for every RepLab staff login.
Can we export or delete our data?
Yes, any time. Your data stays yours.
